Nidhi Munjal

Nidhi Munjal is a seasoned executive with extensive experience at Walmart, holding multiple vice president roles since joining in July 2007. As Vice President of Sustainability, Nidhi developed a comprehensive strategy focused on healthier food options and sustainability initiatives, engaging with key stakeholders, including the White House and FDA. Nidhi's leadership in supplier development aimed to triple India's exports by 2027, while the Walmart Vriddhi Supplier Development Program empowered thousands of small enterprises. Nidhi has a strong background in M&A analysis, HR transformation, responsible sourcing, and sustainability reporting. Nidhi holds two master's degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Operations Management and Information Systems from Northern Illinois University. Previous roles included positions at Sears and NCH Marketing Services, where communication and client operations were pivotal.
