Scott Eidson

Scott Eidson is an experienced leader in continuous improvement with a notable career spanning various roles. Currently serving as the Senior Continuous Improvement Leader at Walmart since May 2023, Scott previously held the position of Director of Continuous Improvement at Lasting Change, Inc. from December 2021 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role at Broil King and numerous positions in the United States Air Force, culminating as a NATO Senior Maintenance Operations Manager over a distinguished 22-year military career. Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University Fort Wayne and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Cambridge College, along with multiple associate degrees in Aerospace Maintenance Technology and Instruction of Military Science and Technology.
