Susan Vanderlip

Susan Vanderlip is an accomplished operations leader with over 20 years of experience in retail, eCommerce fulfillment, and supply chain management. They have held key positions at major companies, including Walmart, where they recently served as Market eCommerce Manager, and Macy's, where they excelled as Operations Director. Susan's leadership has consistently driven cost reductions, productivity improvements, and enhanced customer service across various roles. They are currently pursuing a B.S. in Science and Business Management at the University of California, Davis, and an MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management.
