Vinima Shekhar possesses extensive experience in merchandising and sales within the retail and consumer goods sectors. At Walmart, held the positions of Vice President Merchandising for both Beauty and Wellness, and Sr Director of Directed Spend in FinTech, overseeing OmniChannel P&L, leading payments technology initiatives, and managing cross-category support while focusing on operational planning and team leadership. Currently, serves on the Board of Directors for Girl Scouts-Diamonds of Arkansas. Previously led the OTC Sales & Marketing division at Wockhardt USA, driving new product commercialization and strategic planning. As Director of Sales & Marketing at PL Developments, managed product development and category management initiatives. Additionally, operated as an International Expat, establishing a digitally native resort wear brand and expanding a bespoke jewelry business, complemented by an MBA and engineering management master's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in Info Systems from Notre Dame of Maryland University.
