Xiomara Ross

Xiomara Ross serves as a People Manager at Walmart since October 2023, overseeing daily administrative functions of the HR office. In addition, Xiomara has been an Adjunct Professor at Saint Leo University since October 2021, where responsibilities include instructing and training students in Human Resources and management, developing curriculum, and evaluating student work. Previously, Xiomara held the role of Manager, Human Capital Partner for Onboarding, Fingerprinting & I-9 at Pasco County Schools from January 2021 to December 2023, providing guidance on staffing decisions and analyzing data to improve workforce quality. Prior experience includes working as an HR Employment Specialist and National Delivery Recruiter at Kforce Inc. Xiomara holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from American Public University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida, complemented by an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Hillsborough Community College.
