Zule Contreras

Zule Contreras, MS-HRM, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR strategy, operations, and team development across various industries. Currently serving as a Market People Partner at Walmart since 2019, Zule leads HR initiatives for 10 supercenters in the Orlando market, the top sales volume area for Walmart in the U.S. Prior to Walmart, Zule held roles at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where leadership as an Area HR Business Partner and Human Resources Manager resulted in notable improvements in HR operations and team performance across multiple stores. Zule's experience also includes serving as the first dedicated HR Manager at Havas Media Miami and progressing through various positions at Advance America, demonstrating a strong foundation in training and development. Zule holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University, along with an Associate of Arts from Miami Dade College.
