Alvaro Ruvalcaba

Alvaro Ruvalcaba has gained extensive experience in various roles within the water industry, military, and bottling industry. With a background in aircraft armament technology and medical materials, Alvaro currently serves as a pump operator and water utility technician at Walnut Valley Water District. Prior to this, Alvaro held positions as a staff sergeant in the US Air Force Reserve and United States Air Force. Their educational background includes studies at Citrus College, Mt. San Antonio College, Community College of the Air Force, and Black Hills State University.
