Jacek Karnicki

Jacek Karnicki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Leiter Human Resources at WALO Gruppe since October 2022, Jacek specializes in change management, diversity, and inclusion. As a self-employed Director of HR and Coach since May 2022, Jacek focuses on change management and talent management. Prior experience includes serving as CHRO at Teknos from December 2017 to February 2022, where Jacek facilitated HR strategy implementation and managed HR processes across over 20 countries. Jacek has also held the position of Head HR at FEYCO TREFFERT and Head Group People Development at Looser Holding AG, providing key strategic HR support to leadership teams. Jacek holds a Lic. phil. / Master of Science in Social and Business Psychology from the University of Zurich, with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology and HRM.
