Danielle Pourbaix

Danielle Pourbaix, MBA, is an experienced General Manager and business consultant with a robust background in managing operations, fundraising, and event planning within the sports and non-profit sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager (Chief Operating Officer) at Walpole Country Club since January 2021, Danielle oversees day-to-day operations for a private club with over 600 members and 100 employees. Danielle founded Danielle Pourbaix Consulting in November 2020, providing strategic consulting services to various Massachusetts organizations. Previous roles include Director of Development at School the World, Assistant Director of Development at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Associate Director of Development & Alumni Relations at the Francis Ouimet Scholarship Fund. With a comprehensive educational background, including an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Isenberg School of Management, Danielle has developed expertise in project management, operational process improvement, and effective communication throughout a diverse career that began in club operations.
