Donna Stokes

Donna Stokes is an accomplished project and programme manager with extensive experience in ERP and HCM implementations across various organizations. Currently serving as the One Source Programme Manager for Walsall Council, Donna oversees the delivery of Oracle Fusion ORC and the transition to seeded functionality. As co-founder and Director of Quite Laterally, Donna provides strategic expertise for ERP project teams. Previous roles include BPSS Programme Manager at Civil Nuclear Constabulary, Supplier ERP Project Manager at Gloucestershire Constabulary, and Customer ERP Programme Manager at West Sussex County Council, among others. Donna has consistently managed end-to-end implementations and change management processes, leveraging a strong background in finance, HR, procurement, and payroll systems.
