Darlene Conners

Darlene Conners has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Darlene started their career at The Flatley Company in 1993, where they served as the Director of Human Resources for the Commercial Real Estate Division until 1998. Darlene then joined Peter Elliot LLC as the Internal Operations Manager from 1998 to 2002. Following this, they worked at Campanelli as the Director of Human Resources from 2002 to 2016. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Walsh Brothers, Incorporated, a position they have held since 2016.

Darlene Conners, SPHR, obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and History from Northeastern University, which they attended from 1987 to 1991. Before that, from 1985 to 1987, they pursued Liberal Arts and Political Science at Dutchess Community College. In September 2020, Darlene obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
