David Pulice

David Pulice is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a background in start-up management and commissioning. Currently serving as the Nor Cal Regional Start-up and Commissioning Manager at The Walsh Group since March 2019, David has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations at HSQ Technology and Start-up Superintendent positions at The Walsh Group and Kiewit Infrastructure West. With a strong foundation in project management, exemplified during tenure at GCL Solar Energy and HSQ Technology, David also has experience as an Operations Control System Specialist at Dublin San Ramon Service District. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from San José State University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
