David Wignall currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development at Walsingham Support since October 2023. Prior to this role, David worked as a Workforce Project Manager at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust and held positions including Learning, Leadership & Culture Manager and Leadership Development & Coaching Lead at Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire ICB. Experience also includes serving as Learning & Talent Programme Manager at Deloitte and Learning & Development Facilitator at South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. David has extensive involvement in leadership roles, such as OD Programme Manager at Health Innovation Yorkshire & Humber, Board Trustee at Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust, and Head of Learning & Organisational Development at Leeds City College. From 2008 to 2020, David worked at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, holding various positions in education and organizational development. David’s academic background includes a foundation degree in Human Resources & Organisational Development from BPP University and a Bachelor of Arts in History & Economics from Leeds Beckett University.
