Roddy Millar is an experienced leader and entrepreneur with a diverse background in leadership development and executive education. As the Founder and CEO of Ideas for Leaders since July 2013, Roddy Millar collaborates with thought-leaders from top global business schools to produce concise reviews of crucial leadership research, reaching thousands of executives monthly. Additionally, as the Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of Developing Leaders Quarterly since 2010, Roddy Millar has driven the publication's growth and, following its transfer to Ideas for Leaders, has partnered with the Center for the Future of Organization. Roddy Millar co-founded the Scottish Leadership Institute in October 2019 and serves as Series Editor for De Gruyter Brill's "Middle Management Matters," focusing on the leadership development of mid-level managers. Other roles include Executive Fellow and Editorial Counsel at the Center for the Future of Organization, co-founder of Territory Mapping, and Life Fellow at The RSA. Roddy Millar's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Houston and a MA Hons in Economic and Social History from the University of St Andrews.
