Daron Hester

Daron is the Director of Operations for Diagnostics. In addition to overseeing daily operations for the group, he plays an important role in diversified aspects of structural engineering analysis, design, and management. Daron routinely performs condition assessments, as well as serves as project manager on structural, forensic, building envelope, and waterproofing projects. He also performs forensic analysis and has expertise in nondestructive evaluation (NDE) testing methods such as ground penetrating radar, ultrasonic pulse velocity, and impulse response. He is a licensed professional engineer in Texas and Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI) certified in Level 1 Unbonded PT Field Installation. Daron holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Mathematics from North Carolina State University.
