Kelly Dillard

Kelly Dillard has extensive experience in water resources and municipal stormwater engineering. Kelly has held various leadership roles in different companies, including managing director, city engineer, vice president, and water resources manager. Kelly's expertise includes drainage analysis, design, criteria and policy development, as well as consulting for municipal stormwater engineering clients. Kelly also has experience in coordinating FEMA Community Rating System Application and TXDOT Safe Routes to School projects. Kelly holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
