Rosy Lyon

Rosy Lyon is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in managing and designing a variety of engineering projects. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Walter P Moore since September 2024, Rosy previously held key positions at Lochsa Engineering, including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager, overseeing projects such as high-rise condominiums, hotels, and parking garages. Rosy's background also includes critical roles at MWH, Panama Canal Authority, Mallol & Mallol Arquitectos, Acres International, and Grupo Concreto, where responsibilities ranged from structural analysis of hydroelectric power plants to the design of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. Rosy obtained a Master's degree in Structural and Earthquake Engineering from the University at Buffalo and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua.
