Sondip Biswas

Sondip Biswas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Sondip started their career at M&U Cycles Ltd in 2012 as an Officer in the Planning Department, where they oversaw production planning and scheduling. Sondip then moved on to Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC, where they held multiple roles. Sondip served as the Incharge of the Refrigerator Production Unit 3, where they developed and executed standard operating procedures for production activities. Sondip then became the Manager of Cooling Cycle Development in the Air Conditioner Research & Development department, where they assisted in all phases of product development and served on a team that introduced new or enhanced existing products. Sondip then became the Head of Research & Development for the Air Conditioner Project, where they coordinated between internal departments and monitored the product-development lifecycle. Finally, they became the Deputy Chief Business Officer for the Air Conditioner division, focusing on strategic and operational planning, business growth, and performance analysis. Sondip also had a role at NUSDAT-UTS as the Deputy Lab Manager and Technical Manager for the Air Conditioner department.

Sondip Biswas completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Khulna University of Engineering and Technology from 2008 to 2012. Sondip completed their H.S.C from Cantonment Public Collage Mymensingh from 2005 to 2007 and their S.S.C from Govt. Laboratory High School from 2003 to 2005.

In terms of certifications, Sondip obtained the Internal Auditor certification from Hermitage of Management & Standards in December 2021. Sondip also holds a certification in Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn, obtained in April 2020. Additionally, they received a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from stc bangladesh in January 2018 and a certification in Method Validation, Traceability & External & Internal Quality Control from Bangladesh Accreditation Board in November 2015. Lastly, they completed the Autodesk Inventor 2010 Essential certification from Win-Win Infosys Ltd in 2009.
