Youssef Fares

Youssef Fares is a prominent neurosurgeon and professor who currently serves as the CEO and Chairman at Al-Zahraa Hospital University Medical Center. In addition to their role at the hospital, Youssef holds various leadership positions at organizations such as the European Academy of Sciences and Arts and WAMS. With a strong background in academia, Youssef has been a professor at the Lebanese University since 1994 and also holds the titles of Dean, Associate Dean, and Chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the Faculty of Medicine. Fares has extensive experience as a neurosurgeon at various hospitals in Lebanon and abroad, and has a Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad de Granada and a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
