Michael Kramer

Michael Kramer has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety management. Michael currently serves as the Director of Quality Assurance at Wana Brands, where they are responsible for establishing a corporate quality assurance system and leading continuous improvement efforts. Prior to this role, they were the Quality Assurance Manager for Market Expansion at Wana Brands, where they developed quality programs for contract manufacturing of edibles and assisted in facility design and build-out for new manufacturers. Before joining Wana Brands, Michael worked as the Food Safety and Compliance Manager at Wana Wellness, where they created and maintained a Food Safety Plan adhering to FSMA regulations and implemented an SQF Quality system. Michael has also gained experience in the brewing industry, working as an Assistant Brewer at Oskar Blues Brewery and as a QC Lab Technician. Michael's work experience also includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Colorado.

Michael Kramer earned a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, General from the University of Colorado Boulder. Michael completed their studies at the university from 2011 to 2016.
