Bob Trihy

Bob Trihy is an experienced AMS Meteorologist with a career spanning over three decades in televised weather forecasting. Currently serving as AMS Meteorologist at AMS since June 1999 and at WAND-TV since January 2018, Bob has previously held positions including Chief Meteorologist at WQOW-TV and Meteorologist at various NBC and ABC affiliates. With expertise in producing and presenting forecasts for various newscasts, Bob has a solid foundation in weather technology and data analysis, complemented by a Certificate in Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University and ongoing education at Portland State University.
