Anis Hakim

Anis Hakim has had a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2022. In 2008, they began working as a Customer Service Representative at SFR. In 2010, they were promoted to Team Manager at SFR, where they achieved a 85% success rate in Service Level Agreement and improved the centers service level by 30%. In 2013, they moved to PayPal as a Fraud Analyst, where they were responsible for Fraud Analysis on PayPal accounts in EMEA. In 2015, they worked as an Account Manager at ENGIE, where they were responsible for maintaining existing business and creating customized offers and quotations. Also in 2015, they began working as a Team Manager at Smartbox Group, where they were part of the Project Management team and responsible for motivating the team for results and efficiency. In 2017, they moved to Shutterstock as an Account Executive and Sales Development Manager SMB (EMEA), where they sold and upsold Shutterstock licenses to SMB's in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Finally, in 2022, they began working as an Account Executive at Wandelbots, where they are responsible for defining Wandelbots' way forward and managing relationships towards major investors.

Anis Hakim completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wales between 2009 and 2013. Anis then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at ESEI International Business School Barcelona between 2016 and 2017.
