Antonia Schmidt

Antonia Schmidt has a long and varied work experience. Antonia began their career in 2010 as a coach for children with ADHS at the Berliner FortbildungsAkademie. In 2012, they became the Co-Founder of Kaufeld&Schmidt GbR/clever-massieren.de and the Head of Recruiting and Human Resources at Wimdu for Rocket Internet SE. In 2015, they took on the role of Chief of Staff at Dubsmash and Head of Recruitment at HitFox Group. In 2017, they moved to Factory Berlin as the Director of Human Resources. In 2018, they became the Chief People Officer at ITARICON Digital Customer Solutions. In 2020, they joined Wandelbots as the Chief People Officer and a member of the CEO Team for Purpose, Growth & Transformation. Antonia also works as an Independent People & Organization Consultant.

Antonia Schmidt began their education in 2005, when they completed a degree in Children's Nurse from the Universitätsklinikum Carl Gustav Carus. Antonia then attended Hochschule Magdeburg- Stendal, where they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology in 2013.
