Head of Customer Success at Wandelbots

Renato Vasconcelos has a diverse work experience beginning in 2005 as a Research Scholar at COTEC/IST. In 2006, they began pursuing a PhD at Imperial College London. In 2011, they were a Technology Transfer Assistant at Imperial Innovations. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at UPIN - Universidade do Porto Inovação, InnoCentive, BioExpert Network, and Jungle Robotics-as-a-Service. In 2022, they will become a Fellow at On Deck and Head of Customer Success at Wandelbots.

Renato Vasconcelos obtained their PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London in 2010. From 2003 to 2004, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science from Cranfield University. From 1999 to 2004, they obtained an Environmental Engineering degree from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. In December 2022, they obtained a Customer Success for Impact certification from Winning by Design.
