Eric Seals

Eric Seals, CPIM has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several prominent companies. Eric is currently employed as the Director of Supply Chain at Wanzl North America since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sur-Seal LLC./Mueller - Innovative Custom Cut Solutions, where they held various roles including Senior Director of Procurement, Director of Procurement and Systems Development, and Global Sourcing Manager from 2014 to 2023. Before that, they served as a Supply Chain Manager at Ingersoll Rand from 2011 to 2013 and as a Materials Manager at UTC Fire & Security (formerly GE Security) from 2007 to 2011. Eric Seals began their career at Johnson Controls in 1991, where they held the positions of Materials Director and Operations/Materials Manager until 2007.

Eric Seals, CPIM holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from The University of Akron, with a specialization in Operations. Eric has also obtained additional certifications, including the CPIM certification from APICS in August 2013 and a Lean Certification from the University of Michigan in 2002.
