Dev Prakash Talyan

Dev Prakash Talyan is an experienced engineer currently working at WAPCOS Limited, where responsibilities include overseeing the Ministry of Power's Revamped Distribution Sector Scheme (RDSS) and preparing Detailed Project Reports (DPR) aimed at reducing Aggregate Technical and Commercial (AT&C) losses by up to 15%.
