Jari Kuusisto

Jari Kuusisto has extensive experience in the fields of IoT, smart cities, and embedded systems, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for the Tampere Data Driven City for Citizens program at Wapice Ltd. Since March 2021, Jari has also held the position of Product Manager for IoT for Smart Cities, focusing on data-driven leadership to enhance urban vitality and safety. Jari is a Board Member of the Smart City Innovation Cluster and previously worked at Wärtsilä, where roles included Senior Product Owner in an Agile environment and Senior Manager of Platform Hardware. Jari's career began at Wapice Ltd, with roles ranging from Team Leader to Software Designer in embedded systems, following a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Embedded Systems from Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences.
