Ira Palaioudi

Ira Palaioudi started their career as a Personal Assistant at a Private Civil-Law Notary Office from September 2015 to May 2016. Ira then interned at GLOBAL SEAWAYS S.A. from May 2019 to August 2019. Ira went on to work at Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai), where they held several roles including Event Coordinator, Student Government from October 2016 to June 2017, Vice President, Student Government from June 2017 to June 2018, and Career Services and Co-operative Education Officer from February 2017 to April 2020. Currently, Ira is working at wappier as an Associate Customer Success Manager, a role they held from October 2020 to February 2022, before moving on to become a Senior Customer Success Manager from February 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they are a Team Lead, Customer Success at wappier.

Ira Palaioudi attended Rochester Institute of Technology, Dubai (RIT Dubai) from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business. In addition to their degree, Ira Palaioudi holds several certifications, including a Test in Russian Language as a Foreign Language (TRKI B1) from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) in June 2016, a Cambridge International Diploma in IT Skills from Cambridge University Press & Assessment in October 2015, an Examination for the Certificate in Proficiency in English (ECPE) from the University of Michigan in November 2012, and a Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF A2) from Education Nationale in September 2010.
