Dale O'Neill

Dale O'Neill is an accomplished agricultural executive with extensive experience in the agribusiness sector. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Warakirri Cropping since February 2021, Dale leads operations across over 155,000 hectares of broadacre cropping farms. Previously, Dale held the CEO position at Daybreak Cropping, where a successful Australian broadacre cropping business was developed. Prior to these roles, Dale was General Manager Commercial at Burra Foods Australia, overseeing sales, marketing, and new product development in the dairy ingredients market. Earlier career positions include Senior Business Analyst at an agribusiness investment manager and Business Analyst at Mutual Trust Pty Ltd, in addition to serving as District Finance Manager at Rural Bank. Dale holds a Master of Agribusiness from the University of Melbourne and a diploma in Farm Business Management from Marcus Oldham College, with ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
