Jason Zhang

Jason Zhang is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Director and Head of Real Estate Development at Warburg Pincus LLC since 2021. Previously, Jason held the position of National Director and SVP of Development at LaSalle Investment Management, overseeing commercial and logistics projects in major Chinese cities. With a robust background in project management gained from roles at Arcadis, AstraZeneca, Honeywell, and Mortenson, Jason has led significant projects including the Merck Manufacturing Campus, Novartis R&D Center, and the award-winning AstraZeneca Taizhou Project. Jason holds a Master’s degree in Structural & Materials Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.
