Matt Bashaw

Matt Bashaw is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2018 and is a member of the Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Bashaw worked at Citi as a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he focused on loan and high yield bond financings for sponsor-owned portfolio companies and other non-investment grade corporations. Mr. Bashaw graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics and a concentration in Psychology.
