Shahriar Zim

Shahriar Zim has worked as a Portfolio Analyst at Warburg Pincus LLC since July 2023. In this role, they are responsible for collecting, storing, and analyzing data using data management platforms. Shahriar also creates and maintains spreadsheets and workbooks to track data and metrics, as well as prepares presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Prior to joining Warburg Pincus LLC, Shahriar worked at Douglas Elliman Real Estate. From June 2023 onwards, they served as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. Shahriar started their tenure at Douglas Elliman Real Estate as an Administrative Assistant in August 2021 and held that position until June 2023.

Shahriar Zim has a strong educational background in finance and economics. Shahriar completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at Baruch College from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, in 2023, they attended Year Up to gain knowledge in Financial Operations.

In 2021 to 2022, Shahriar Zim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at The City College of New York. Before their college education, they obtained a High School Diploma from Al-Noor School between 2017 and 2021, focusing on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

Furthermore, Shahriar Zim has obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In September 2022, they successfully completed the Real Estate Salesperson certification from A1 Real Estate & Insurance Institute. These certifications serve as valuable assets to their educational achievements.
