Erica Kerman

Erica Kerman is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Senior Counsel at Warby Parker since July 2023, where Erica advises the People team on employment law and compliance matters and manages litigation and regulatory strategies. Previously, as Director of Legal Counsel at Jayaram Law from May 2021 to June 2023, Erica counseled executives of emerging companies on corporate governance and commercial transactions. Erica also gained significant experience as a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from October 2014 to April 2021, focusing on complex commercial litigation and compliance counseling. Erica's early career includes a legal externship at Erica's Justice, a summer associate role at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, and a legal internship at the Federal Trade Commission. Erica holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Social Policy from Cornell University, complemented by study abroad at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
