Jada Jeffers

Jada Jeffers is an experienced retail leader currently serving as Store Leader and Sales Manager at Warby Parker since January 2021. In these roles, Jada has successfully led operational productivity and compliance by analyzing store performance and implementing data-driven improvements. Jada has also been actively involved in three new store openings, collaborating with district leaders on various operational needs. Prior to Warby Parker, Jada held multiple positions, including Acting Store Leader and Assistant Manager at Banana Republic, where leadership support and financial reporting were key responsibilities. Additionally, Jada worked as a Mental Health Care Coordinator at Partnership Development Group, providing case management for clients with severe mental disabilities. Jada holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Child and Adolescent Studies from Bowie State University and graduated from Baltimore City College with a high school diploma.
