Usharova Elena

Elena is responsible for the executive search top talents for companies operating in pharma and biopharma, medical technologies and medical services.

Elena has managerial sales and marketing experience in leading global pharma and medical technologies corporations. She joined Ward Howell in 2019.

Before joining Ward Howell, Elena led strategic educational initiatives in the field of leadership at General Electric Healthcare within the company then as an external consultant. She is a business coach and certified consultant in leadership, effective communication and team management. She is a speaker at a diploma program “Management in Healthcare: Leaders of change” developed by the Healthcare Development Center under Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO.

Elena is graduated from Krasnoyarsk State Medical Academy and residency at Omsk State Medical Academy with a specialization in cardiology. She also got supplementary education in business consulting and professional coaching during RUDN University and Moscow Psychanalysis Institute joint program. Elena has Mental Research Institute Certificate, California, USA and Certificate of the European Coaching Association (ECA) specialized in mediation.
