Thom Soukup Jr.

Thom Soukup Jr. is a seasoned architectural professional with extensive experience in project management and design across various sectors, including commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Architect/Manager at Ware Malcomb since June 2021, Thom also holds the position of President at Soukup Architectural Group Inc., which Thom has managed since March 2005. Previous roles include Project Architect at RADA Architects and Woolpert, and Sr. Architect at Middough Inc., among others, with responsibilities ranging from production of construction documents to quality control and client liaison. Thom obtained a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Illinois Chicago and attended Ecole d' Architecture, enhancing a well-rounded skill set in the architectural field.
