James Griffith has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of pricing and commercial strategy. James started their career at Telecom New Zealand, where they worked as a Financial Analyst and Portfolio Strategy Analyst. James then moved to Spark Digital NZ, where they held various managerial roles, including Manager of the Custom Pricing Team and Manager of Digital Pricing. James also worked at Spark New Zealand as a Commercial and Decision Support Manager, where they led the financial impact assessment of key product and strategic initiatives. Currently, they are the Head of Pricing (Pricing Squad Product Owner) at The Warehouse Group, where they are responsible for developing the Future of Pricing roadmap and implementing value-enhancing pricing strategies. James Griffith's experience demonstrates their expertise in pricing analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making.

James Griffith earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Auckland in 2007. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2006, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Accounting and Commercial Law at the same institution. James'ssecondary education took place at Rosmini College from 1997 to 2003. In 2012, James obtained the designation of Chartered Accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
