JT Alderfer is an experienced construction professional with a background in project estimation and residential contracting. Currently serving as a Project Estimator at Warfel Construction Company since July 2017, JT has previously co-owned A&H Custom Construction from April 2015 to July 2017, focusing on remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, decks, and custom carpentry. Additionally, JT worked at Martinelli Interior Construction from May 2009 to April 2016 as a Crew Foreman, Carpenter, and Estimator. JT holds a Bachelor's degree in Parks, Recreation, and Leisure Studies from Penn State University, obtained in 2008.
