Irfan Shaukat

Irfan Shaukat is an experienced IT professional with a focus on IP telephony and contact center operations. Currently serving as Sr. Executive IT at Warid Telecom since December 2011, responsibilities include managing and troubleshooting corporate IP telephony across the nation, as well as deploying and operating Cisco UCCE/UCCX systems. Previous experience at Wateen Telecom as Executive Engineer OSS involved NOC operations, system management, and monitoring. Irfan holds a Master of Science in Total Quality Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of the Punjab.
