Jeff Price, CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP, CFE, currently serves as Vice President and Head of IT Audit at Warner Bros. Discovery since April 2022, following the acquisition of WarnerMedia by Discovery, Inc. Previously held the role of Vice President of Internal Audit at Discovery Inc from November 2018 to April 2022. Extensive experience includes positions such as Managing Director and Senior Manager in Risk Advisory Services at BDO USA, Head of SOX Compliance at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, and Manager of Corporate Compliance & Controls at The Walt Disney Company. Earlier career highlights include managerial roles at Deloitte and KPMG. Jeff Price holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, and Accountancy, Information Systems from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University.
