Joseph Gmitter

Joseph Gmitter is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in program and software engineering management. Currently serving as Director and Principal Technical Program Manager at Warner Bros. Discovery since March 2023, Joseph previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at Google, driving large-scale Ads programs focused on infrastructure and systems efficiency. Prior to Google, Joseph was a Software Engineering Manager at Datadirect Networks, overseeing high-performance computing software development, and also held a similar role at Intel Corporation. Joseph’s career includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin and LSI Corporation, where responsibilities spanned project management, software development, and engineering resource assignments. Joseph holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Villanova University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Muhlenberg College.
