Lisa Williams-Fauntroy

Lisa Williams-Fauntroy serves as Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs at Warner Bros. Discovery since January 2023. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over 26 years at Discovery Inc., where contributions included managing legal and business affairs for leading cable networks and advising on intellectual property and transactional legal risks. Lisa's career began at Roberts and Eckard, PC, focusing on copyright, trademark, and First Amendment laws. Lisa holds a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center and dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Sociology from Syracuse University.
