Magdalena Matula - Palka

Magdalena Matula-Palka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in revenue accounting and internal control across various industries. Currently serving as the Revenue Accounting Director for EMEA Networks at Warner Bros. Discovery, Magdalena oversees the accuracy of revenue accounting, complex contracts analysis, and compliance with IFRS 15 and US GAAP ASC 606, while managing a multicultural team of over 25. Previously held positions include Finance and Internal Controller at AS24, European Internal Controller at TOTAL, and several finance management roles within TOTAL Polska, showcasing a strong track record in financial processes, internal controls, and team leadership across multiple regions. Magdalena holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has completed a scholarship program at Aarhus University.
