Marisol Perez

Marisol Perez currently serves as Vice President of Global Talent Intelligence at Warner Bros. Discovery, overseeing organizational design for M&A, talent intelligence, and executive search. With a rich background in talent intelligence and analytics spanning over two decades across multiple roles at WarnerMedia, Marisol has also contributed as Head of Global Talent Intelligence at America Needs You and as a mentor at Cornell Tech, supporting underrepresented groups in technology. Marisol's educational background includes an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, a BA in Economics and Biology from Columbia University, and a Master's in Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School, among other advanced studies. Additionally, Marisol is a board member at The Paley Center for Media and an alumna advisor at Cornell Johnson.
