Muneerah Ahad Freeman

Muneerah Ahad Freeman is a seasoned diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leader with significant experience across major organizations such as Warner Bros. Discovery and Salesforce. Currently serving as the Director – Diversity Business Partner at Warner Bros. Discovery, Muneerah manages a $375k DEI budget and oversees 16 North American Business Resource Group (BRG) initiatives. Previous roles include leading global DEI programs at Salesforce and developing frameworks at Korn Ferry that foster enterprise-wide inclusion. Muneerah's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
