Ross Weaver

Ross Weaver is an accomplished program and project management professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and technical project delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management (International) at Warner Bros. Discovery since June 2021, Ross previously held roles at Discovery Inc., Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity, Amido, Essence, Sky, Channel 4, and Red Bee Media. Notable achievements include managing the Agile delivery of complex systems for BBC iPlayer, overseeing diverse teams to implement a registration system for charitable events, and successfully migrating critical platforms at Sky.
