Shama Wendel is an experienced marketing analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights at Warner Bros. Discovery since December 2020. Prior to this role, Shama worked at Prudential Financial in marketing and customer analytics from January 2017 to December 2020. From January 2011 to January 2017, Shama held multiple positions at Nickelodeon, including Senior Manager and Manager of Digital Analytics, as well as Senior Digital Analyst. Shama's career began at The NPD Group, where roles included Research Analyst and Account Associate from May 2006 to January 2011. Shama holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Pace University.
