Athina Kotsia

Athina Kotsia has a diverse and extensive work experience in the music industry. Athina is currently the Head of Global Income Tracking at Warner Chappell Music. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Processes at Orfium. Athina also worked at Sony Music Publishing as a Senior Income Tracking Analyst, where they were responsible for income tracking, monitoring income streams, and conducting client reviews. Athina gained international experience as an International Analyst at PRS for Music, coordinating documentation exchange and tracking missing royalties. Athina started their career at Sony/ATV as a Tracking and Audit Analyst. Athina also has experience in freelance marketing and promotion services, where they provided counseling, designed marketing campaigns, and acted as an intermediate between artists and record labels. Athina has also held positions in publicity and media relations at the Half Note Jazz Club, Badminton Theater, and Sold Out Promotion.

Athina Kotsia completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Panteion University of Political and Social Sciences from 2000 to 2005. Athina further pursued their education and obtained a Master's degree in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster, which they completed from 2013 to 2015.
