Max Gervink has a diverse work experience in the music industry. Max began their career as an artist manager at Elephant & Castle in 2013. Max then worked at Peripherique Music as a product manager and A&R, where they also had a student internship and freelance work. In 2018, they joined Universal Music Group as an international product manager. Max later moved to Universal Music Canada, where they held roles as a marketing manager and manager of international marketing. Currently, they are working at Warner Music Central Europe as the Head of Marketing for US Repertoire.

Max Gervink earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Business from Popakademie Baden-Württemberg between 2011 and 2015.
