Camila Homberger

Camila Homberger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Transformation at Warner Music Group since May 2018, Camila has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Transformation and People and Director of HR for Latin America and Iberia. Prior to Warner Music Group, Camila worked at PepsiCo as an HR Manager and HR Business Partner, and founded VIVANT Cold Pressed Juice, a market leader in Mexico City, where responsibilities included concept development and business strategy. Earlier career stages included positions at Mondelēz International, focusing on organizational effectiveness and training. Camila holds a Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Universidad Metropolitana.
